I took my broken subwoofer in for repair in March 2023. $35 cost to take a look at it. Seems reasonable. He said it would likely be about a month before it’s finished. So in 1 month I call back – no, it’s not ready yet; Waiting for parts to come in. I call back a couple of weeks after that, he said it’s ready for pickup. I drive out to Windsor to pick it up, he said it’s not ready yet and he’s still waiting on parts to come in. He thought I was someone else who’s subwoofer he was working on. Same story in another week’s time (waiting for parts from the US). By then I’d wasted 2 round trips to Windsor and it had been over 3 months since I brought it in. Well, as the time of this writing it’s been almost 5 months.

Not at any point in time since I first contacted him has he ever initiated a call or text to me. I’ve always been the one to call him first.

Paid my man 120 dollars to fix my white PS4 and he has repaired it twice and it shutdown a third time. Ken told me to trade it in but I don’t want to rip off the person who buys my PS4 , I want it to be In working order. It will play for 3 days then shutdown again. Waste of money , he should of just told me to throw it out. Plus doest even look like he touched the PS4 very dirty on the inside, can’t find where he said he fixed it because I took the whole system apart. All he did was reset didn’t even open the PS4. I like supporting local businesses but this guy is a thief.

Ken is awesome highly recommend requesting his services. He fixed my PS4’s HDMI port and he even cleaned and fixed a problem within my PS4 free of charge! He even explained what was wrong so I could having potential problems in the future! Seriously recommend calling on Ken next time you have any problems.
