My son was upset as his gaming PC had crashed. All day he tried everything to get it working. I finished work and rang KEY2 at about 4pm. We went straight down and the guy said that he would sort it that day if he could. Within an hour before closing the computer was fixed he reinstalled windows and other apps for us. Cleaned the machine and it’s perfect again all for a very good price. My son is delighted that it was fixed so quick and we have somewhere to go again if we need to. Would definitely recommend and trust.
KEY2 Computer Services Ltd is an amazing company with a massive heart. Whilst holidaying on a narrow boat my lap top stopped working . This was very stressful as I was scheduled to deliver input at an online All Party Parliamentary Group on Cerebral Palsy.
KEY2 were amazing. They quickly sorted out the issue, even offering their office facilities in case I was unable to connect on the canal.
