I paid PS70 for a laptop screen repair. But they ended up breaking the hinges of my laptop when removing and changing the laptop screen I’m guessing. They didn’t inform me of what they did and tried to repair with superglue hoping I wouldn’t notice but I definitely did. I generously looked past that mistake hoping at least my screen is okay but no I had to come back like 4 times during my warranty period to ask them why it still kept turning black and I couldn’t use my laptop. The man at the counter said there was nothing wrong each time? But coincidentally after my warranty ends, the laptop screen stops working indefinitely. The point of a warranty period is to tend to any complaints a customer has, not gaslight them into thinking everything is fine.
To add to this my laptop is now held together by literal bandage tape to stop it from falling apart. The tape is redundant anyways since my laptop can’t even turn on now. Like how does a repair shop unrepair and destroy a perfectly functioning laptop that bad… Never coming back here again.
