I got the Very professional service from Kian. My most expensive Laptop was completely dead because of water damage, I tried to fix the couple of very famous computer repair shop which is doing motherboard repair, but unfortunately, they were not able to fix my Laptop, I’m really want to buy another laptop which is cost almost $1800. When I contact Kian, He said there is a chance to get fixed. I went to his place and after 3 days he called me the laptop is ready to pick up, I was surprised. His price very reasonable and he is very friendly. I was very lucky, not only I had my laptop back but all my data as well and nothing changes on my data. It has been more than 6 months and my gaming laptop is running like new. Recently I called him for the virus cleanup because I received the malicious program, that encrypts all my files and locked my laptop. He fixed less than a day. Kian is the best computer specialist and he knows his job and how to deserved. Kian is a real expert. Highly recommended for any computer problems, He sent the photos what was happened through the water damages.

When I visited to Kian at the very first time for getting my laptop fixed, he diagnosed the issue and told me that its a software issue, not the hardware. Furthermore, he stated that the issue will be resolved in 120$. Later on, he called me and said its a hardware issue and will cost me 400$ more. I think this guy is playing with the innocent customers. He does not know how to do business. I am very upset because he took 120$ from me and did not resolve the microphone issue of the laptop. Also, he disrespected me a lot when I went to collect my laptop back. I will not recommend him to anybody.

I went to three computer shops before this shop and they all said to either buy a new laptop or that they can’t fix it however Kian was able to fix it all in a day.
