Took a couple of awkward computer malfunctions to Killer-Byte and have been super impressed with not only the initial positive response to my problems but also the diligent approach to the repair. In both cases the solution wasn’t straightforward and involved subsequent phone calls, but I had their attention throughout…..AND they returned calls/emails!! Such a change to get a professional like Andrew, who gives a damn, rather than a bunch of student workers who do not. Highly recommended.

My phone totally died, and I could not make it do anything. I thought I had lost 100’s of photos forever (as not saved to the cloud).
It took Killer-Byte just 24 hours to get it up and operational. Just took a part of their specialist kit to get it back to life.
And they declined to take any payment.

I can’t thank the Killer-Byte team enough for their help. I recently brought in an SD card with holiday photos that had become corrupted, and as far as I could see the pictures had gone forever. With a bit of ‘Magic’ from Andrew all 200+ photos were restored and backed up onto a memory stick and the SD card formatted and ready to use again. Amazing friendly service.
