I just asked if I could put batteries in mobility scooter for 1 min. Really just needed to turn it on to see if it worked. Have been working around the clock to get it up and going with very limited funds. I was shocked when he told me it would cost $100. I am still blown away by this response. A woman is unable to access anything or anyone outside her home and this man see’s an opportunity to profit from it. Sick. Luckily, others in town are not so greedy and have allowed me the use of their batteries at no cost. They care more about helping people than filling their wallet.

So to test drive one of your scooters is $100.00. Would it be the same to borrow your phone? You are the owner and therefore set the fee’s. I was not asking you to service anything. Your response very clearly aligns with my first impression and review. More competition is here and more on there way with the increased use of electric vehicles. Soon, nobody will have to pay $100.00 for very small, menial repairs. I’m not an electrician or mechanic but could very easily navigate all the various components of mobility scooters and can’t understand how any part of service on them could be $100.00.;

It’s great we have an ebike store in town that has almost everything you need.
Problem is if you buy something and as if it doesn’t work for you can you return it? He says yes, then if you do return it, he tells you he does have enough money in the till ( 28.25 was the total of my return and it was around 11am) he tells you come back tomorrow but call ahead of time, I did and got hung up on, I went down to the store he tried to only give me 25.00 the cost before tax, I showed him my online banking that said 28.25 he got angry and gave me all of my money back and told me he lost money due to atm fees and doesn’t want to be used as an experiment with repairs….. Then why say yes you can return something???
