I took my mac book to change battery and an smasung tablet to trade in, I also ordered some additianl ram for another computer. The battery change was fine. But they didn’t order my ram and refused to refund my money, they also said my tablet was water damaged which was odd, I didn’t leave it there to be fixed. I asked where my otterbox case was and they said it was also broken. I took my tablet home and it worked fine. I tried to negotiate the return of my money and the OWNER says strictly no and that I could only have a credit. I said there is nothing there for me to buy and I never resievd what I ordered. The answer was still no. I held that credit for more then 12 months and then had to purchase meaningless crap. The worst part is that I donated a good laptop to there charity to help schools overseas and I also purchased another laptop to donate. It was very hard to take that I tried to be a supportive new customer and was not treated farily.
Took pc in to get power supply fixed, a part that costs ~$70, over the phone they offer to replace it and install it for $150, awesome no worries, happy to pay for their time. Get in store and instead of talking to the technician we were on the phone to we talk to this con man who says “I know ***** said $150 over the phone but gst and diagnostics we have to run and he was looking at the wrong part, its gonna cost $250” HAHAHAHA what a joke. Terrible customer support, only way I can describe my experience is that they tried to scam me

Had an issue with my pc, brought it in to diagnose the problem, eta for a response in a day theyd text me when ready. Day goes by, no word, 2 days nothing so i call them and they say yeah sorry itll take a few more days and pumped me full of jargon, (im tech savvy enough to know theyre full of it and just havent gotten to it yet) sure thats fine I can work off my partners pc, wait till saturday afternoon, call them again “oh yeah its been ready for days” great thanks for 0 customer service I had to do it myself
