I am utterly appalled by the deceptive practices at [Computer Shop]. This so-called “reputable” establishment is nothing more than a den of scams and deceit. I recently fell victim to their underhanded tactics when purchasing a computer.
From the moment I walked in, the staff’s lack of knowledge was evident. They misled me into buying an overpriced, outdated piece of technology, claiming it was a top-of-the-line model. It didn’t take long for the computer to show signs of malfunction, revealing the shoddy workmanship behind their products.
To add insult to injury, their customer service is non-existent. Attempts to contact them for a refund or assistance have been met with indifference and a complete disregard for my concerns. It’s clear that they prioritize making a quick buck over providing genuine service to their customers.
My experience with kings heath Computershas been nothing short of a nightmare, and I implore anyone reading this to steer clear of this fraudulent establishment. Save your hard-earned money and sanity by choosing a reputable computer shop that values honesty and customer satisfaction over dishonest gains.
When I went to the shop they had a screen in stock so very kindly offered to work on it straight away. Within half an hour all was done.
In just about an hour after leaving my house I was back home with a fixed, fully working laptop. Amazing service
