Overall great service, the guys take the time to find you a good deal and the computer upgrade gave the desired result and was great.
A bit of annoying upselling at times which could be avoided by some more in depth questioning of what exactly the client wants, apart from that service was fine.
The job itself left something unfixed which was requested to be fixed, then when I went back they still charged me to fix this even though it should have been included in the original price, something about “paying for the service and not the part”.

In conclusion, despite a few minor avoidable issues it’s still probably the best computer repair shop in York due to the others being ludicrously overpriced.
Can’t fault these guys at all. No pressure sales. Full of knowledge and good advice and will always tell you if something isn’t worth repairing.
Just purchased a refurbished laptop from them and they showed so much patience (I am so not techy). Brilliant service no matter what you’re spending or even IF you’re spending. This is why I return again and again!

The team at KIT York are outstanding. Their customer service is second to none. I’ve used them for repairs to my work Apple computers. They ran through options, explained timescales and delivered beyond what I was expecting.
They are really friendly people and I enjoyed the regular updates on my devices.
