Would not recommend them, especially if you have any non-trivial problem, like with motherboard on your device. While in diagnostic, they have done modifications/soldering to the motherboard without my consent. They were not able to explain me what was exactly wrong with my PS4 Pro, but “a lot of chips and SMDs are damaged, everything is very bad”. Later in another service I was told exactly what part of the motherboard was faulty and what could have caused it. Spent 20 EUR and around 10 days of diagnostic only to spend more in another place to know what’s wrong on the next day.

Had to visit them to help me fix my Xbox One. The issue was with the power adapter. The best thing is that I didn’t have to spend a lot of time or money. I could take my console back the same day. And I could buy a new adapter right at their shop, so there was no need to wait or look for the new one. I could check how my console works with the new power adapter right at their shop and I’m more than happy now to get back to gaming, yay! Please mind though that they take ONLY cash. At least this was the case in June 2019.

Five stars. Water damage twice in Macbook Air. Both times they saved it from what would have otherwise been certain death through some cleaning and repairs. Big thank you to service team at Konsolenwelt!
