My parents recently visited Derby’s store, and my father’s phone was not working. Nathan, the store manager, was extremely helpful! My parents don’t speak English, so Nathan was so kind and was communicating with me over the phone. He offered numerous options on assisting, but we decided to purchase a phone. He was super patient, installed everything for my father, transferred all the data, downloaded all the apps, and made sure nothing was missing on the new phone. He even helped my father with iCloud setup and provided assistance that went above and beyond his duties. Thank you endlessly, Nathan (I hope I’m spelling your name correctly). I am so grateful of your immense help today and hospitality. Thank you for making my parents experience so beautiful! I cannot recommend him enough!

Just terrible, very terrible. Incompetent staff who are unable to fit just a screen protector!

Had to get it re-done so many times and yet the screen protector fitted is still very bad! It’s not a fault with the manufacturer, it’s the fitter! I’ve basically given up with getting them to put this right.

If I’ve paid for a service for you to fit this for me, it should be expected that the screen protector should be fitted as best as possible, currently it looks a complete mess.

The short, bearded guy with glasses (Hunter) is also very very rude and obnoxious too! No professionalism at all.

My wife and I bought a MacBook Air each and as we are in our eighth decade we were a little apprehensive as our knowledge of the technicalities is limited. We found the help given by Nathan and later Hunter was exceptional. Advice on the precise specifications was detached and extremely useful from Nathan who arranged the transfer of data from our old computers and Hunter steered us through the final stages. We were treated with the utmost respect throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. We were both very impressed and grateful.
