I had a fantastic experience with KSK Computers. To my surprise my old 2011 MacBook Pro is now up and running again after I thought it was ready to recycle. I was an given honest and detailed assessment about what the job would involve, incredibly fast repair service with several updates along the way, and even an offer to deliver it to my home later in the evening once the job was complete. Basically the restoration job was done within 24 hours. I also received a phone call after I got my computer back, to see how it was working. Truly, KSK Computers was a complete and high quality service. I am a satisfied customer!

Unfortunately, the pick-up service did not extend to where I live, but I was going by the reviews I read, and I was hopeful something could be done to save my laptop. However, it couldn’t be saved (I had dropped a drink on it, so I wasn’t too surprised.) The owner then transfered my data onto a hard drive that I provided. The service was completed within a day. I drove back the following day to pick it up and give him the balance of what I owed. Total cost was $300. The owner was nice and stayed in contact with me, which I had read in other reviews. I would recommend his services.
