Having researched several new components for quite a while for my system upgrade, then deciding to take the plunge in getting a batch of new hardware for a good price, I contacted Kustom PC to see if they could source me all the parts I was after as well as do the case modification I wanted (cut air vent in front panel of Enthoo Evolv case), to see if I could get everything from the one place. Graeme was extremely helpful and was always quick to respond to my queries via email (even late at night). We had a couple of lengthy conversations regarding part choices, pricing, component choices, etc, and he was always willing to help. He managed to source the parts I was after, as well as getting me some nice upgrades to my choices with very reasonable pricing (I built my parts list on PC Parts Picker website, and hunted around for better prices, and when bundling up postage costs from several places and things, the prices were very competitive) and advised on some things I didn’t know about/hadn’t thought about (e.g. motherboard needed a BIOS update for the 8086K CPU – which he did with one of their CPUs before sending over the motherboard along with the other parts).

Ordering through the website was easy, and very thorough in terms of communication. Delivery was fast, great value (I’m from Nothern Ireland and quite often we get ripped off on postage, but Kustom PC was very reasonable on postage costs i.e. real prices).

Since then, I’ve ordered again from Kustom PC, and I’ll be sure to always check them out when I need anything in future. The service and advice from Graeme was second to none, and not something you’d ever get from any of the large retailers (I know, I’ve used them, the level of customer/potential customer interaction/advice is never that great, and sometimes non-existent e.g. Amazon).

TL/DR All in all, a great experience buying from Kustom PC, from initial query, refining my wish list, ordering, delivery, everything was really great! I’d highly recommend checking out Kustom PC and speaking to Graeme to see how he can help you out before ordering anywhere else.

I mean what can I say that’s not already been said?!

Graeme has built, 2 of my brothers pcs, my cousins pc, my original pc and now my newly upgraded one. I’ve also used Graeme for repairs and maintenance as well.

So let’s get into things, I recently wanted to upgrade my rig to something future proof (next 3-5 years). I sent Graeme an email and also used his online sales form and once again, I was not disappointed! I sent the specs and budget I was looking at and after the most detailed, informative and supportive conversation back and forth we settled on new specs!

Within the week my rig was built, I used Graeme’s trade up service so traded my old pc in and got a fair price, helping bring my new rig down in price!

Incredible service again and the aftercare service is always exceptional, never a problem he can’t solve and always glad to help you out with info and support.

Will forever use kustom PC until the day it closes (which I hope it doesn’t ever lol)

Kustom PCs are the dogs danglies. I ordered some stickers from them for my pc case, and they made the goods with excellence. They were even able to produce a custom sticker with ease after I mailed the picture to them, all items were easy to apply and of very high quality, with quick, fast delivery. Graeme was very happy to help, and answered every email quickly, and was very pleasant to deal with. They have a huge range of performance parts with pricing that is very reasonable, I had recently done a computer build and it was a shame I had not found Kustom sooner to have got the items from them. Stickers are brilliant though, really set your case off, and the fact that they can create custom jobs, the end result is really only limited to your imagination.
