Initial customer Service and price were good… BUT.. Had them replace the backglass on my iphone 12pro max. Got it back and mic didn’t work. Only worked on soeakerphone. They cut the mic wire. Brought back in and they put in an aftermarket mic. Now it sounds like my mouth is buried in a towel.. no one can understand me unless I switch to speaker phone. Then with just a minor drop, their aftermarket backglass broke in a pieces, even though it was in a good case with military drop protection. My phone is worse than when I brought it in. Now have to spend another $350 to get it fixed properly at a reputable shop. Not impressed.

I installed a screen protector here and it dims the screen totally
The guy said it wont affect the screen brightness but when I went to get it replaced he argued and refused to changed the screen protector and when I said I want to speak to the manager he said he is the manager totally rude and unprofessional and waste of money
This place is just a scam and the employee is just very rude
Someone needs to teach the employees proper customer service and basically how to talk to people and not lie

Took my phone in to be repaired. The store is suppose to open at 10 am. Somebody opened the store at 10:10 am. Never said Good Morning or sorry for being late. Came back the next day to pick up my phone and the guy walked in at 10:30 am. Again never said Good Morning or sorry for being late. Not impressed with the tardiness or lack of manners. Needs help communicating with customers. Otherwise the job was OK.
