I went to this shop four or five times when Abraham was running it. He was affordable, reliable and professional. When you took something in it got done properly, and you came away happy with the bargain and the service. I still have stuff he fixed that still works great. Since the new ownership I’ve had two “repairs” done, neither of which was done properly and one of which was ruinous. I should have learned my lesson the first time. I wasted a lot of time and money and as a customer was not dealt with honestly or respectfully. Save your time and money on these unofficial repair shops and take your stuff to Apple; it’s more expensive per repair but cheaper in the long run because you won’t have to pay for additional repairs or, worse, a new item, as well as saving you the time you wasted on this business, and the bad memory left by the experience. It’s too bad you can’t leave any less than one star. Oh, and don’t believe the responses, nor the overall star rating–it’s like the friendly service up front before you’ve handed over your electronics and paid the bill and then seen the real side of things.
