My laptop had a problem with the screen. I brought it in for repair after the $60 diagnostic fee. After diagnosing the issue, it seemed that a repair was possible, so we ordered a brand new screen around $500.

However, the first repair did not work properly, so I returned it. At that time, I also opted to pay extra to have the laptop cleaned, as suggested by the shop to avoid overheating. Despite these efforts, the laptop still has issues with the screen. At this point, I am reluctant to bring it back again. In total, it cost me around $500, and now I will shop around for another laptop.

I am giving 3 stars because the issue persists, and I was without the laptop for several days. I would have appreciated if the shop had conducted further testing to ensure the problem was fully resolved, thereby avoiding the need for multiple returns. Cheers.

Owner is kind and knowledgeable, he suggested to me a water cooler after I had first considered an air one. The temps of the CPU ended up being excellent with the water cooler. I could not find much information about this cooler online but its performance is well worth the price, 30-40C online or on desktop and 60C under load. I also had brought them all the PC parts separated later on for them to build the computer. Within only 5 hours, the PC was built, and runs perfectly with no issues. The cables at the back were a little cramped, but I’m sure no one could have done better.

Very glad to have found this place. After visiting many different places, from repair shops to the Apple Store, none of which could figure out a way to fix the issue i had, i happened to find Jason and Mathieu who were very solution oriented and not only were able to solve the problem i had, which Apple itself couldn’t, but explained to me what had to be done and i knew exactly what to expect. Integrity and transparency, skill and know how, all bundled up by passion and dedication. Very grateful for the services they’ve provided me
