I went there just to buy a cable for charging my phone. But like every store, I observed the whole place just to take a look for some competition prices. Unfortunately, everything was overpriced, not even any specials or discounts. There was 3 employees and none of them welcomed me or asked me what I was looking for. They have nothing to compare products with (Like these charging cables I looked after for 10 mins) 24.99$ for a charging cable?? Definitely NO.
I highly recommend customers to take a look at their website before going there. They’ll convince you NOT to go and it’ll be the same service.
The staffs are not helpful. I bought and ipad from la source. My daughter didn’t like it and we bought new model. I went to the source store for return, they send me to Apple Store for return as it is Apple product. I went to the Apple Store. They said you need to return to the place where you bought from. It waste my time to go to the Apple Store and park my car far away from the store because there is no parking at the Apple store.
Well don’t bother to call them they will never answer the phone. I made a reservation for curbside pickup for a pair of earbuds and called to confirm that several time without any chance.
I decided to go there to buy them in store but they were already out of stock. No effort whatsoever to search in another branch or to apologize for not picking up the phone for the whole day.
