I must say that I never, ever, ever experienced such a lack of professionalism and mannerism in any place I visited. The service was utterly ridiculous, such a lack of respect for me or anyone that could’ve been there.

I didn’t even pass the doors of the shop that I could hear the hollering of the three employees. They were screaming and squealing like children. Mind yourself, they were young adults for sure. They were running in the store like kids on a play ground.
I enter the place, one of the guy salutes me, I answer with a joyful ”Hi ! ” and one of the two others just imitates my voice and repeat after me ”Hi”, making fun of me, blatantly ridiculing me.
Already uncomfortable, I just mind my business.
As soon as I turn toward the earbuds and the Samsung tablets, they go back to their game of chasing each other with a bottle of Windex and screaming like this isn’t a business.
Not even 3 minutes after that, one of the boys just said ”Hey madam. Do you have a phone number ?”. What kind of place is this ? Are we in high-school ? In what world, after causing such turmoil do you just go forward to the only customer you already embarrassed to ask for her phone number ?
Don’t even think about asking for help, the employees know nothing about their products in stock and that’s if they aren’t on their cellphone, sitting on a chair next to the cash.

I cannot believe what I experienced today and I believe it is a justifiable reason to complain about those three employees that could really use some kind of reminder that this is a business, not a playground and that even if we are customers we’re still human and deserve to have basic respect and not feel ridiculed by the employees.

Biggest scammers ever.
Never get the protection plan it’s a huge scam. I baught headphones and paid for a protection plan. When it comes time to use the plan the store makes you call another company and that company doesn’t have any of your info that you gave the store on file. So there is no way to claim your protection. Huge scam taking money from people. Never buy from these people. They all lie and tell you a huge story to get you to buy it when it’s impossible to claim

When looking at my receipt, it says RETURN POLICY – NO REFUND. EXCHANGE ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ONLY within 15 days of purchase.

If you’re not going to accept returns, you should at least verbally warn your customer before processing a payment.

In this day and age, it shows how insecure the company has become. Won’t be long til it bleeds out and file for bankruptcy.
