Last week I purchased a tablet from your store and was served by Vincent Blanchard, a true gentleman. I have rarely been treated with such politeness.
Vincent was very competent, answered all my questions, and performed a lot of the set up work for me. He did this with patience and a smile.

Really bad experience, the sold me a telephone card for 45 $ with 20gb. The card never worked and they cannot help me to figure it out. The guy was also pretty arrogant making fun of me

and getting the below answer from the shop really piss me off. I asked for help, they make fun of me in the shop and now they say they can do something. oh may god this is really just marketing!
