Very poor service! I am extremely disappointed. I purchased an iPhone 12 on Friday Nov 26, 2021 (by the way, i didn’t go into the store to buy a phone…but got convinced by the sales rep…anyways, that’s not on her…I made the choice to buy it….but she said I was having a great deal (Black Friday deal)…but what she “failed to say” was that I have to return the phone at the end of my contract or otherwise need to pay an additional 390$ (on top of the monthly payment I will be doing for the next 2 years! ) … I find that very misleading and dishonest toward their customer! In addition, I noticed a crack the next day on my phone! It wasn’t there when I purchased it….(probably it was very small and I didn’t realize it)…but the next day, I can definitely see the crack. I called the provider (which was Bell) and they said they would definitely take the phone back if I had purchased it directly from them….but since it was from La Source in St-Bruno, I would have to go back to the store and return it. I went back on Sunday (2 days later) to La Source in St-Bruno and they blankly said that they can’t take it back or do anything about it! This is extremely frustrating! I don’t think I will ever return to this store again. Word of advice, if you ever want to buy a phone, buy it from the provider and not La Source! You will get a better service!

Wanted to give an update on the situation.
I just want to mention that even though I had a horrible experience in regards to my situation above, I would like to say that Sami (sales rep) took charge of the situation and truly helped me to get a better customer experience. Even though I had returned and cancelled my contract, Sami took the time to go through the options with me and also help me resolve additional charges that was added to my account incorrectly. Sami, if you get the chance to read this, I would like to say that you truly demonstrate what customer service should be like! Thank you and truly appreciate the time you spent in helping me resolve this situation.

Fantastic customer service! You never have to wait long. All the sales associates do a fantastic job acknowledging you the moment you walk in, which is very much appreciated as a customer. It definitely makes you want to go back to the store. They’re extremely patient and will do whatever they can to resolve any issues when it comes to your tech and get you the best deal possible. You never leave the store with unresolved issues, you simply leave as a happy and satisfied customer. Definitely the number 1 Source in QC!

I was helped by Youssef and Ismael. Our purchase did take quite long. They were very patient explaining us all the available options with our phone purchase plans and the device options. We had couple of things to buy and throughout the shopping we had good service and would recommend anyone looking for phone plans or other technical needs you would be pleased with the service here.
