We had a power failure the other night that lasted only a couple of seconds. Everything else in the house recovered but my desktop computer. I did several checks myself, but to no avail.
The next morning, I called Ray and arranged to take my computer in to their Langley office. Ray plugged it in and unsuccessfully tried to start it. In doing so he noticed the LED light on the power supply was not lit. He indicated that he would have to replace the power supply and he would perform other tests to see if the power failure had affected anything else. He said that if anything other than the power supply had to be replaced, he would let me know. He felt there was a breakeven dollar point where it wasn’t worth fixing the computer due to its age.

It was great dealing with Ray, and I would highly recommend him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed about everything he was going to do.
Ray and his team were incredible to work with so professional and very responsive. Ray provided status updates throughout his work and delivered as promised. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and knowledge provided and would highly recommend to anyone.
