Basic service. They make advertisements on the market place in the name of ordinary individuals. Which is completely normal to negotiate the price. The person tells me it’s ok you can come by and she sends me the address. Arriving there there is a gentleman I greet him, he does not respond. With insistence he ends up responding to the greetings. He was with a client, certainly at least he could have found out the purpose of my visit and come back to me later, something which was not done. He finishes with his customer
I bought a used Macbook pro from them 4 years that is still going strong. And prior to that they helped me out with other equipment when I was in a real emergency…quality customer service is hard to come by these days. These guys are great!
Amazing Service! Asked to use a specific screwdriver just to open my laptop and the owner gave it to me free of charge cause he gets them for free. Says a lot about the business ethics!
