I had purchased a HP stream laptop from Laptop Closeout and it came in quickly and well packaged. The laptop had a nice look and feel and did the basic things right. But I had to return the laptop as I was looking for a better performing laptop than the HP stream. The return process was simple and I received the refund on the same day that the laptop was returned. I would definitely recommend this store and am rating them five stars for their excellent customer service.

My only suggestion here is to provide the customer the option to print the return label . I was provided with a UPS return service wherein the UPS driver had to come in and pick the unit. They did not come to pick the package and I had to call them several times and explain that I had no return label and that the UPS driver was supposed to bring it when coming in to pick the item. I finally had to fill in a waybill to return the item.

I almost never leave reviews for a company, but Laptop Closeout provided exceptional product and service well beyond my expectations for any company. Their product descriptions were clear and accurate. Their turnaround time for shipping a laptop was fast. Communicating with customer service to ask for clarification was easy and replies were fast. I didn’t think it was possible for a refurbished laptop in good shape to be sold for such a good price. I was prepared to take the risk and discover the “gotcha” (disappointing quality? difficulty communicating with the company?) but there was none. This company has my computer business in the future.

So happy I found this place! My son needed a new laptop for college and I didn’t want to spend 1000+. I did some research and found out that these laptops come off leases from corporations. The prices are great for refurbished name brands. I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad with one gigabyte of storage for 600 bucks tax included. It also includes a one year warranty. The owners were super nice and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for an alternative to buying brand new.
