The Laptop Doctor himself is soft spoken and deeply knowledgeable – I left my phone and also ear plugs that didn’t fit with him and it was all fixed when I came back. This old phone and earplugs which had trouble fitting as this is such an old phone – had been beautifully fixed.
I learned a lot and the laptop Doctor also made me feel very comfortable took time for such courtesy and explaining my best options. I came back after lunch to find everything fixed. And the doctor said if I had any more trouble to come back and for no extra charge, and he had anyway only charged me a very modest 20 pounds for a lot of hard work So I left with everything fixed and feeling deep loyalty to what is now my favorite phone and laptop shop in Brighton and I recommend it to everybody with all my heart Thank you for reading this. I shall be back. I’m so grateful I happened to be walking up Queen Street and met the Laptop Doctor in his spacious and wonderfully equipped shop.

I came to Laptop Doctor with a misbehaving laptop, I’ve always had some issues with the graphic card and battery, so they carried out a clean up. I am really pleased with the outcome, I can tell the difference. I was really struggling to use photoshop before, even with small files, and I’ve been able to work on even very large files with no problems. A very noticeable improvement, thank you so much! I also gave them an extra challenge by sending my colleague to drop off/collect the laptop, so there was an extra layer of complication that they had to deal with sometimes me, sometimes my colleague, but the communication was great and clear.
I could not be more pleased with the quality, speed and service provided by Laptop Doctor in the repair of my 16″ Macbook Pro. Quotes from other businesses were around 1/3 more expensive and Apple’s charge would have been obscene.
Within four days my screen was replaced and so far the work seems immaculate.
