I had a deeply frustrating experience with IT Expert Store. I initially brought in my laptop for a hard drive replacement to nearest Laptop repair , but when I received it back, it wouldn’t charge. I had to return it, only to be told that it needed $160 worth of motherboard component repairs, which would take 10 days. The laptop didn’t have any motherboard issue
prior. Three months later, my laptop’s motherboard was completely ruined, and I was asked for a whopping $750 for a new one. I am now pursuing legal action against this store .wasted so much of my time, created my work and class inconveniences. Beware!

Very misleading. There is no laptop repair store at this address. It is a grocery store, and you will have to leave / drop off your laptop in the grocery store for a day or so. I wasn’t aware of this setup before going. If I were, I would have not gone there.
Please note – this review is not regarding the services, as I wasn’t comfortable dropping off my laptop at a grocery store.
Martin fixed, upgraded my Apple computer and increased it’s storage memory. The computer works amazing and very fast. He provided quick reliable and mobile service. He picked up my computer on Friday and by Sunday it was done, and he delivered it to my house. Thank you Martin! We will be using you service again if needed. I highly recommend him with confidence.
