the first time I tried to buy a laptop when I was near the West Edmonton Mall, Im write used laptops in the search and I found a location near this place, when I arrived at the place it turned out that there was no store there, when I called and started asking about what I would like to look at the laptops that can be bought, then they told me that the store had moved and I needed to go to another area, then I found another store and bought it there. Everything would be fine, but I needed another laptop in a couple of months, so as usual, I entered used laptops in the search, and this time I found a different location, which was relatively not far away, I turned on the navigation and drove, when I arrived at the place it turned out to bethis is an apartment building, I called and asked if I wanted to buy a used laptop, and I would like to see what he had and choose something, to which he replied that I should give him the parameters and he would take a look, this option did not suit me, because I wanted to take a quick look at the options and pick something up, so where should I be looking at these laptops? in the parking lot? so I decided not to waste my time and ended the conversation. It’s a pity for wasted time and fuel, and the seller, instead of apologizing for my wasted time, started sending me text messages and accusing me of not being a good person because I put one star in the rating…. He doesn’t even deserved a start but because I could leave a review without one. Anyway firstly first. His customer service was terrible. I brought my computer there to got fixed he couldn’t give me a specific time when my order screen would arrive. The. He was up and down with sketchy argument. Instead of apologizing and keep things smooth. He argue man. So when I told him am not paying until he returns my old screen he held me as hostage in his building. Lock the door I had to call the police to get me out of there so I can pay my money and to get my old computer screen back. Like i saw his service was awful I would never send even my enemies there. His service is wack. I can’t find the word to describe him. Pease guys a heads up dealing with him. Use pen and paper so u have your proof when trouble come u can show the cops what he sign to….

Will be recommending to all my friends and family! When my laptop randomly stopped working, I initially took it to Best Buy and they said they couldn’t help me, then called the manufacturer and they told me it would need a $1300 replacement part. I was skeptical anyone could help and was about to buy a new laptop, but Gemal had it working again within 15 minutes! He even ordered me a new part, fixed in fully within half an hour, and charged a fair price. 10/10
