I recently made a purchase from Laptop Outlet, and unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. The company’s website listed the screen size of the laptop I purchased, the Surface Pro 7+, as 13 inches. When I received it, I found the screen size is 12.3 inches. I checked the official information provided by Microsoft, which clearly states it as a 12.3-inch display. Regrettably, I urgently require a laptop for work and unable to facilitate a refund and purchase another one promptly. I brought this discrepancy to their attention and I requested a corrected invoice to state the screen size as 12.3-inch instead of 13. However, the company not only refused to acknowledge their error but also declined to issue a corrected invoice. This lack of accountability and refusal to rectify their mistake is highly unprofessional and frustrating.
Moreover, their customer service was abysmal. Instead of addressing my concerns and offering a solution, they dismissed my request without any attempt to resolve the issue. As a result of their misleading product information and poor customer service, I have been misled into making a purchase that did not meet my expectations. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Laptop Outlet, as their disregard for accuracy and customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts Laptop Outlet to enhance the clarity of product descriptions to prevent any misunderstandings for future customers.

I found the product to be rather fine. I bought an ASUS ZENBOOK with Intel GPU capabilities. If I would buy again I would seek NVIDIA GPU as software I use such as OpenAI whisper prefers it. I certainly wouldn’t blame the seller from my own lack of computer science skills as other reviewers may have done so. I recommend this seller. I bought on eBay so had buyer protection anyway, but it helps if you know about computers. If not, go to PC world or Currys and pay a fortune. The machine was a factory return discounted by PS400 from the retail price elsewhere due to a 1 inch scratch on the outer casing. The touchscreen and keyboard were pristine. I consider this money very well spent.

He took all information, sent me a returns label and I received a brand new Chromebook within 3 days of returning the faulty device. I am mightily impressed. I can recommend Laptop Outlet without hesitation and will definite use them in the future. Thank you. We are often swift to criticise but you were just outstanding.
