Was disappointed from my experience. Came in for a battery replacement for my laptop, I had the new battery but just needed help putting it in because I didn’t have the tools. The guy I worked with was nice but had no idea how to work with laptops. According to him, the guys that know how to work computers did not come in to work. After showing him a YouTube video of how to replace the battery, he recommended I just leave the laptop for one of the other guys to work on. I took my laptop and am going to do it myself.
These guys are great! Very helpful the minute I walked in the door. They didn’t have the cable I needed and the guy helped me MAKE it in store! They also had all the other parts I needed that I will be going back to get when I have the money. The guy even gave me a little helpful advice on top of making the cord for me. I would have tipped them if I wasn’t a broke college student. Definitely going back there instead of Micro Center when I need something!
Found this shop on Google and the reviews were definitely my driving factor so I thought I’d leave my own. As a computer person, I know a little bit, but not everything and I took my machine to this shop. They made my pc so much better and faster as I requested and maintained the integrity of the data on the PC. And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!!
