Can’t believe I wasn’t aware of this treasure before lol. So happy my ACER is not sitting sorrowfuly in my cupboard anymore. Found Rich as I googled ACER repairs.
I contacted him by phone , and arranged a meet once my tech needs were discussed.
He was both VERY courteous and friendly, I wasn’t made to feel inadequate given my limited knowledge which I really appreciated
He informed me that he was registered with trading standards and the council which was a comfort.
Arranged for him to call me when he new more about what was needed and I couldn’t be happier! Reasonable wait for repair, (especially considering xmas was upon us) and a great price too.
I would definitely recommend and will probably return as I’ve got other downtrodden laptops in my home.

Excellent and timely service for repair to daughter’s Lenovo laptop on which there was a known fault on the hinge arrangement. Richard highly knowledgeable and level of expertise recommended a range of repair options, and adapted the case to repair hinges which saved a substantial sum of money compared to buying new casing. 100% recommend.
I used Laptop Pitstop for data recovery on a micro SD card. I was dealt with by Richard.
Richard fully recovered all files I was desperate for and I will be using him again if I have any hardware IT issues in the future. Thanks again Richard (and your son!) for your speedy work and excellent service! The price was brilliant too!
