We called in on spec because our laptop wasn’t charging reliably and we had been previously advised it could be a bad connection or something wrong with the mother board. At “We Love Laptops” they tested it straight away and said it just needed a new charger, which they supplied for a very competitive price and it’s been fine since. Excellent! – a polite, efficient and good value service.
I gave in laptop for repair, as the screen just went black. Repairer fixed the problem and has been fine since. Also explained why the problem happened so will avoid problem in future. I got it fixed maybe 5 years ago and it’s been great. Trustworthy I. My experience. Thank you.
