He was efficient and very accommodating to my needs, he picked up my laptop up on the Friday and I had it back again on the Monday working perfectly. I will absolutely be using Laptop Repair Pro for any future work that needs done! 🙂
UPDATE**
I took my laptop back to Adrian in February due to an issue of it not turning on. Adrian was very quick with coming to get the laptop and had kept me updated throughout the process of the laptop being send to a board repair specialist, he also went into detail of what the problem was and the cause with me.
Through no fault of his own, a couple of weeks later my laptop had to go back for the same issue, once again Adrian was efficient and thorough from keeping me updated to getting the laptop back to me. Adrian was completely transparent with me about the fact that is was not a permanent fix and would need a battery replacement if it did not turn on again. this second repair was done under a warranty which most people don’t do anymore.
Adrian is truly one of a kind in the way that he took my budget into account too.
once again, I will praise him to high heavens and recommend him to anyone who needs laptop work done!
I had used Adrian at Laptop Pro Repair before and had an excellent repair done before on my HP laptop. This time my screen was flickering continually. I telephoned Adrian , the n I delivered my laptop to him at 3pm. He texted me a few hrs later to tell me about the repair required. Then that evening he contacted me to say the repair of a new screen had been done. I picked up my laptop the next morning. Excellent service he also E-mailed me an Invoice with details all the parts replaced and work done. Adrian is a very professional friendly guy. I would
definately use him in the future.
