So, they fixed my problem which was cleaning the input of my phone so it could charge properly. Normally I would have paid 10 in Neukolln but I guess it’s Prenzl Brg and they charge 25 there. A rather extortionate price for sth that is dead simple to fix and takes 10 minutes. Got a new plastic protector at their insistence but had to return after half an hour as it was peeling off. They also wanted 15 for the protector but I haggled it down to 10. It took me a while to convince them (and I had to get upset!) that it wasn’t my inappropriate use or my phone case that was causing the protective plastic to peel off at a corner. After my little outburst they put a proper one on and asked me to write a review 🙂 the whole process could have gone a lot smoother and I recommend you guys reduce a bit your prices and listen to your customers more. Horrible service. I gave them my laptop to repair and after more than a month waiting for it, I asked for it back and it was completely damaged from outside.

They told me it doesn’t matter cause you need to change the housing nevertheless!!

And they still asked me for the fees for inspecting my laptop! Unbelievable!!

I fixed my laptop at a different shop for tenth the price and he told me the housing is destroyed and it cannot be repaired. Since they used hard glue to stick the screen to the housing. So now I just have to live with the laptop like this.

I don’t recommend this shop at all!!!

Best repair shop in Berlin! Brought in a 2015 Macbook Pro this morning that wouldn’t turn on anymore and not only did they fix it that same day (looking like new) for a very very fair price, but they also let me borrow one of their Macbooks for the day to finish my work. Lifesavers!!!
