Just wish to add that we or rather my boy is now a rather proud owner of a gaming PC that we’ve sneakily had all of Office too ready for ‘big’ school. The staff at the workshop sorted this all out in time to be picked up for Christmas. Many thanks again. Good luck for 2024.

EDIT
Dell XPS laptop sent in for repair for the DC component for replacement, was fixed in 3 days for PS49.99. Component inside was fried but the engineers managed to save it and get it working again for my masters course. They put a lot of effort in cleaning out the damage and servicing it. Fantastic job in solving the problem and keeping me informed about the problem. Will visit again for repairs
Thank you so much for your excellent home service in installing a new printer for my laptop. Chris was brilliantly helpful and quick in making the arrangements for Aaron’s visit. Aaron came on time and quickly connected the new printer successfully. He was also very supportive in going over with me the new workings and in answering any questions. I am so grateful to you all that we are so near your shop and can have such a great, supportive service, especially as I am not very technical!
