Absolute shambles.
My laptop was with them for almost a month and remained un-fixed. They were terrible at communicating with me, I’d phone them in the morning for a status update and they would promise to call me back in the afternoon, and would never do so. They said they would back up my hard drive at no extra cost, and didn’t. There was a further complication which meant they had to send my laptop somewhere, they didn’t inform me of this beforehand, and when I finally came in, like I said almost a month later to pick it up, they let me take it away, I got halfway down the road before they called to say they had forgot to put half the screws back in. Watching the guy work did not put me at ease as he obviously did not have a clue. Nice enough people and they gave me a full refund, but If you value your machine I wouldn’t take it anywhere near them

I don’t usually write reviews unless I am impressed by the service. Laptoptechs were great, I sent them an email around 2 am on Saturday to ask if they could fix my Macbook Air screen as quickly as possible as I needed it for my work next on Monday and they gave me a reply by 8 am with a price quote! I sent several businesses messages but they didn’t even reply me (but to be fair, it was a weekend).
The next morning I went down with my girlfriend the next morning and they had it fixed in 4.5 hours. The price was also very reasonable at PS180 instead of the PS290 Apple tried to charge me. Will definitely refer my friends to them if they ever need their phones or laptops fixed
I took my MacBook pro 2014 to replace speakers which are not working properly they give me quotation very reasonable. That can I afford easily. I never believe in london he charged me affordable price. Thanks
