They saved me over 500 Euros. My phone took a dive in water. I was advised to put it in rice. A grain of rice blocked my charging port. The phone functioned for a while, but finally a blank screen. Apple told me it was beyond repair and I needed to buy a new phone. Another little store told me they needed to de-oxidize it and replace the screen for 125 Euros. Thanks to the almost 600 high reviews everyone gave, I went to l’atlelier du smartphone and was helped for a really cheap price, quickly and with a big smile- they de-blocked the charger, changed the screen -oh and gave me a new protector as a freebie. No need to look any further. Don’t believe everything Apple tells you and make sure you go to the correct address at number 12 as there are others near by. At first this experience was very very bad but they turned it around well and for that I am grateful. Make sure you ask for the price before they take the phone backstage or risk a very uncomfortable altercation. But thank you for finding a solution that made me a happy customer.
