I strongly recommend you go elsewhere for your phone repairs if you are looking for a quality repair. I had my Google pixel 7 pro phone screen fixed here, they damaged my screen during the process. Damage was a very tiny pixel mark and they said it still worked fine so they agreed to do it at a reduced cost. When I got home I realised it didn’t work fine at all, was slow, didn’t pick up touch properly etc. the pixel damage which they had caused also got significantly bigger, which they said wouldn’t happen. I decided to take it back and ask for a refund to take elsewhere. They were only willing to refund me if they replaced the screen with my old screen which they still had. (Not sure why as I said this was a waste of both our time as the phone screen they had put on was faulty and couldn’t be re used). The guy never told me this would completely break my screen and said it would be in the same condition as before (smashed but still worked perfectly fine). On picking up my phone the screen was completely broken and unusable. I expressed my frustration and was faced with three staff members against myself who was also with my little boy. Very bad customer service and obviously not got the skills to carry out phone repairs to a good standard.

Booked a repair online which was quoted as PS30, once I got to the shop they advised it was the wrong price and so offered me a discount. Having checked elsewhere I eventually got a good deal in all fairness.

Had my doubts at first as there was a issue with the phone after the first visit but when i returned it was all sorted out free of charge and a free screen protector was issued and i am now 100% happy with the results of the customer service after telling them the issue.
