I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this location. I visited to have the screen of my iPhone and the interaction was far from professional. The technician did not greet me upon my arrival. When I initiated the conversation by explaining that I needed my iPhone screen replaced, he curtly informed me that he did not speak English. He made no effort to find a colleague who could assist me or to facilitate communication in any other way.

Additionally, he required me to enter my iCloud password on his laptop. Due to my unfamiliarity with the French keyboard layout, I entered the wrong password twice. His demeanor throughout this process was dismissive and impatient, making me feel as though I was wasting his time. This level of service is unacceptable, and I believe Apple should be made aware of this incident to ensure better customer service standards in the future.

Highly recommand not to go. They will make you loose your time.

I want to repair my iPhone battery:
– I book online
– I call the shop to make sure the booking is set at 12:00 and that they can actually repair my iPhone 12.
– I go there at 11h55
– 12h20 somebody shows up to the support desk
– 10 minutes later he goes for 5 minutes checking if they have the spare battery
– They don’t have the spare battery and tell me they need to take the phone for 4/5 days
– I suggest they order the battery and let me know when they have the spare part so that I can keep my phone while they get the spare part
– => Apparently that’s not an option, the support person tells me to go somewhere else to get my phone repaired.

Je suis venu pour un transfere de photos, ils devaient me mettre un ecran temporaire, apparemment la personne qui c’est occupe de moi en a essaye 3 en 15 minutes. Il m’a dit que ca n’avais pas marche et m’a envoye ailleurs. L’autre boutique a reussi a en mettre un du premier coup. Je pense que le vendeur n’avais rien fait sur mon telephone, pas envi de s’embeter et m’a envoye ailleurs. Je n’y retournerai plus.
