Tres mauvaise experience. On me vends un chargeur a 80e pour mon PC en m’assurant qu’il est compatible. Ca ne fonctionne pas, je reviens avec le chargeur et mon PC, ils ne trouvent pas le probleme. Pas de remboursement possible, je me retrouve avec un avoir et me voila oblige d’acheter chez eux un nouveau chargeur a 120e, pourtant disponible moitie prix sur Internet. C’est vraiment plus que limite.
Equipe tres professionnelle, honnete et d’une reelle bienveillance. Un grand merci a eux pour m’avoir conseille et monte sur mesures mon nouvel ordinateur qui est impeccable, c’est un bonheur.

Fantastic service, very friendly staff. Dropped off my laptop which had stopped working. LDLC called after about 10 days to inform me it was working and back up and running. When I got it home not only was it working again but had been thoroughly cleaned and was looking good as new. Will be back!
