I will never again use this shop. And to think I was going to pay thousands for a gaming PC my $ will go to another local shop for sure now. I bought a set of head fones from there . When we get home and realised they were not fully compatible with the ps4 . I was told no refund due to a little rip in the box . $279 down the drain. And I will tell everyone not to buy from this shop . Word travells very fast I will see to it.
I have been dealing with LEC Bathurst for several years now. I have always found them to be helpful and knowledgeable in my dealings with them, be it with purchases or repairs. I especially appreciate. having an Apple dealer here in Bathurst. They win not only five stars from me but also a Koala stamp in supporting my warranty claim with Apple over a dodgy screen on my MacBook Air laptop.
Took newly purchased Macbook for warranty repair. They replaced the keyboard assembly which brought up another issue after. Was told it was not an issue but seemed obvious to me there was an issue, the employee did not listen and felt like he talked down to me. Took laptop to Jbhifi instead as it was purchased there, they confirmed the issue and replaced the laptop completely.
