A shop that stocks a comprehensive range of hobby supplies especially model trains is becoming rarer in today’s ‘on-line’ world. Great prices and selections at competitive prices make this place worth supporting. Very knowledgeable staff who actually listen and make every effort to assist their customers in which ever way.
5 Star customer service. Went in to purchase a new home phone. Staff suggested new batteries might work and be cheaper. And it was. Highly recommend. The shorter man who served us was so welcoming and professional and provided the best customer service. Thank you A.W who served us.
What amazing staff. I’m getting on for 70 yrs and some of the technology is a bit challenging for me. Everyone is so helpful, patient and knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable when I go in for a purchase or advice. My husband and I are more than happy to continue coming here.
