I was going to give this place one star as it took me around 5 months to get my iPad charging port replaced. They said they’d replaced it but when I got it home, it was still loose but even worse and to my horror, when I took a back they insisted that I broken it!
(the moment I got home it didn’t work so I rang the store and they insisted that they’d repair it but that wasn’t the case when I was able to get to Bracken Ridge)
That absolutely did not occur and at first I thought I’d be in for a really long and drawn out battle however after many tears, frustration, phone calls and constantly having to return, the young guy running it took it to another technician and voila! A brand new charging port and now my iPad’s up and running and in awesome condition.
This store is extremely well stocked it made my car hands-free with the phone through the radio for $50!
They have all the latest gadgets and gizmos that you need for all your devices and the prices are surprisingly very affordable and good quality too!
I’m really happy that I’m doing a good review on this store as I didn’t want to give them one star and I would have just left my iPad there. I really want to thank the young man that made sure it was fixed and I was able to take it home and use it.
I honestly wish him all the very best in running his new business.

After going to 5 other businesses and not being happy with services due to shop closure, don’t deal with water damaged phones, ridiculous prices, need a week to get parts in.. finally Emily had my phone open, confirming damage and drying it out within half an hour. She was so helpful that he had won my trust that he wouldn’t rip me off so I asked him about other repairs to another phone that needed a new camera after being run over. Emily had parts on hand for cheaper than quotes from another dealer and he fixed it on the spot! He gave me a wonderful discount for having the second phone fixed as well and threw in a free screen protector and phone case. My problems were solved instantly with no drama and without the ripped off feeling I was getting from other phone repair shops. If your phone is broken, save yourself time and money! Take it to Emily !!! You won’t be sorry and it’s going to be my go to place from now on!!!I highly recommend Leon’s Tech Bracken Ridge!

Don’t waste your money on the warranty, these people won’t repair it under warranty. I paid for a new screen and straight away it was not working. They put another screen on and was good. 3 months later the screen was faulty and said you have dropped it. It’s not been droppers and there is no damage. Go somewhere else!
