Staff were knowledgeable and efficient.
However I repaired my phone screen at this store, after picking my phone up I realised the new screen was not fixed to the top of the phone properly and could be lifted out.
I returned to the store where they attempted to press down on it to fix it.
I was handed back the phone in the same condition, thinking it was fine I accepted it.

3 weeks later my phone screen does not function and due to a (new) crack in the top of the screen (due to it not being attached properly) I was told it was not covered under warranty.

I was offered 20% off a new repair, however I was not interested in paying $530 in total for a screen repair.

TL;DR you’re better off buying a new phone then having it repaired here

Paid for an expensive repair on an iPhone XR, replaced both the front and rear screen. Quality is garbage, the front screen literally lifted off the chassis, I tried to press it back down but there’s a gap as wide as a friggan bus. My son then dropped the phone from a height of 40cm with a protective case AND a screen protector. Deep cracks and chips on both the front and rear of the phone. Very very annoyed as this repair cost me nearly $300. Don’t waste your money with these guys. Phone is now worthless.

Had an issue with my IPhone so I took it to Leon’s

Cindy was quick to work out the issue and fixed my phone on the spot in just a couple of minutes

She answered all my questions and did it with great customer service..

I highly recommend taking your phone to Leon’s if your having issues
