My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
To begin with, the website and services are incredibly unstable. They often go out of service, making it harder to track, contact, report a broken phone or track the progress. When I finally managed to get in touch with customer support, I was met with slow and unhelpful responses. It took over two weeks, and three separate calls, just to receive a status update and cost estimate for my phone repair. This is despite the official website stating that the average repair time is 10 days. A couple of days delay might be understandable, even a week, but waiting more than two weeks just for a cost estimate is completely unacceptable.
What makes it worse is that after waiting more than two weeks for a simple estimate, I was then told that it would take an additional three weeks to complete the repairs. And the cost? Nearly half the price of the phone itself, just to replace the outer screen! This is absolutely unreasonable and makes no sense whatsoever.
To top it all off, the customer support was downright rude. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the representative didn’t even try to offer an apology or solution. Instead, he curtly responded with, “I don’t actually know why you’re unsatisfied!” This kind of attitude is inexcusable and only made the entire experience more infuriating.
In summary, I strongly advise against using Mobile Repair Center (Let Me Repair) for any Honor device repairs. The lack of professionalism, unstable services, and appalling customer support make it a nightmare to deal with. I regret choosing them for my repair and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
When I called the hotline, I was first told to send my device and a copy of the receipt. Some days later I called back, being told I should have also sent a repairment application which I later randomly received by email. Days After sending it I call again to ask what is going on and then they told me they are waiting for my address information. After giving them that, I waited for a week more before I called again. Then they told me that I should have received a message by post in which I must confirm that I want the device repaired so then I requested the same document by email. A week after I received my phone. I sent it on the 23 of August and just got it back yesterday on the 29 of September. My phone has been discharged for over a month and now its battery endures two times less than it used to. The repair was successful but now I have yet another problem. The worst repair shop I’ve ever sent a device to.
