I had a problem with my online order. I had ordered Samsung Tab but there was a problem. I was about to loose my order and it was an offer I had acquired. I went to the guy his name was Lucas in the first week of December. Lucas helped me even it was not his job it took him a lot of time and efforts. Lucas tried his possible best and I got my problem solved even I had lost the hope because I had talked to everybody on call many times for around 2 weeks. I really thank Lucas. wish you better future.
a few days ago my old Samsung cell phone fell into a river and stopped working. I decided to take it to the authorised Samsung Service Center “Isomedia” in Stuttgart. There I experienced a very professional and friendly service by Mr. Lee as well as the whole team who managed to save the data from my old cell phone. After that I decided to purchase my new Samsung phone A53 from Isomedia. I can only recommend it.
I first contacted Isomedia on February 28th. Someone came out and did a repair to my washer but it wasn’t correct. The issue continued and Isomedia assured me that they were waiting on a part. They contacted me 2 months later after I sent an email and asked if I still needed my washer fixed. After 3.5 month, my washer is now completely unusable and I have to buy another.
