Fraudsters ! They ask for money in cash for amazon returns whereas returns are supposed to be free.
Amazon clearly states that the item could be re-packed and the label re-printed at the store that handles the returns. Charging customers for this is fraudulent.
Terrible!!! Had to wait for 30 minutes and they did nothing. Half of the staff were just standing there drinking coffee, pretending like the que did not exist. Unbelievable they are still allowed to run this busineee.
When I visited this delivery point in the middle of the day there was no queue. I received my package very quickly without any bureaucracy. Good.
