PC was given to them and I was told it would be looked at the next day. Next day I called and was told I’d be called back shortly, no call. Called again and was told I would be called back within 20 minutes, no call. I had to drive there to get some sort of communication, was lied to and told it had only came in that day and was going to be looked at the next day. Promptly took my computer back to go to a real company. These people are backyard cowboys, avoid at all costs.
Contacted them to see if a damaged Macbook Pro could be repaired. Initial contact/enquiry was helpful and I was advised to send photos and information. 2 weeks later despite follow up phone calls and messages sent, no reply. Obviously not interested in assisting with my repair but should have the courtesy to say so. Not professional at all which is disappointing as I’d rather support a local business than go to Apple.
Very helpful over the phone. Didn’t suit my particular issue, but kindly recommended another option. Would try these guys again in future.
