If I could give a 0 star review I would. If you want to have a working phone don’t take it here. My mum brought a basically new phone in to here to fix a smashed screen. After the phone was returned to her the SIM card wouldn’t work. She took it back to the shop and the man said the phone needs to be sent to Glasgow to further look into the problem. The phone was returned a couple of days later and we were told we have to pay PS40 extra since a “genuine” Samsung screen has now been used. Soon after we realised that the camera doesn’t work on the phone. Once again the phone was taken back to the shop and we were told that it has to be sent to Glasgow again. She received it a couple of days later and was told that the screen is not compatible with the camera. The man at line out said that my mum can buy herself a new camera and he will fit it for her but there is nothing else he can do. He was given a phone that only had a smashed screen and now we have a phone that can’t be used properly. Absolute joke of a business. Avoid this shop.

Would never recommend this phone repair service. We had an iPhone screen repaired and after four days, the screen was damaged again. We took the phone back and asked what was wrong, we were told the screen was damaged again due to water damage in the phone. The staff member didn’t offer any refund or money back when the phone stopped working. A workmate had the exact same problem with an iPhone screen from Line Out. Will not be recommending.

Had let’s say an iffy experience the first time round had cracked screen waited bit longer than wanted to and paid bit more than wanted to but was informed of this. Had to go back in today and they were very helpful and although had mixed review before can’t say had any problems this afternoon and if need be will be back again.
