Remember back in the “old days” when customer service was important? Here’s my review of Reece and Little Man Computers:

I arrived back from a five week trip last Thursday afternoon with a soggy laptop that had got wet and wasn’t working. I took it in to Reece on Friday, hoping that he could save my device. He looked at it right away and called me to inform me that it really wasn’t worth saving but that he had extracted the solid state drive and that all my files were still intact! We decided that a new HP laptop that he had in stock would do the trick and agreed that he would have it up and running by Monday. I decided that Monday would be a stretch for me and asked him if he could have it ready on Sunday!! He agreed so I went over to his house on Sunday and he had the computer all ready to go! I got him to install some of the applications that I needed and away I went! On Monday, he came over and got my printer working with the new HP Laptop and suggested an external drive to back up my files.

Can you imagine any where else that you could receive this kind of old-fashioned service? I am delighted with he support I received from Reece and Little Man Computers and would highly recommend him! Leduc is verry fortunate to have someone as competent and friendly!

Brought my personal computer in because I spilt some water on my motherboard and it stopped working. He did everything he could and searched through every issue that it could have been but I ended up just needing to replace my motherboard in the end. I was pesky but everytime I texted him he would respond and give me a thorough explanation to what he was doing which shows that he really cares about the customer. But since he could fix nothing even though he was working on my pc for 3 days he gave it back to me free of charge. If you are ever having any troubles with your computer or anything of the sort I highly recommend little man’s. Thanks a lot 🙂

Well twice now my Dad has called me to rave about the customer service at this store. The first time he upgraded his operating system to windows 11, the second time (just now) it was because he was having problems with printer drive. Well everything was resolved and he really enjoyed the experience again. Best part, he says, you don’t get gouged .
Thanks for taking care of my Dad I live in a different province so it’s not easy to just pop over, so I’m very happy that he found a business close by that he really likes.
