Bought tvs a few years ago and impressed with service. Contacted them again just before Christmas as my main TV had developed faults. Fantastic response from everyone there. TV installed a and I was advised to contact shop after Xmas to either purchase or return with no obligation. I was delighted with the set and the personal service. I contacted to pay for TV and staff have since returned to fix a bracket for sky box on another TV. Family firm with family values. I did have a quick look in a national retailer in town. Cannot rate these guys higher. Friendly, efficient and quick service. Even carried my TV from the boot of my car as I am disabled. Eventually, discovered the the TV was fine; sticky button on the remove that was immediately replaced with a brand new one. No rip-off prices here; total cost the PS20 investigative fee. Have confidence with Littler’s.
