From first contact to completion, Andrian was excellent.

He was quick to respond to my online query. I had several questions, and they were all answered quickly and fully. Based on this interaction and his 5 reviews, I decided this was where I would bring our two phones, too.

Took them in this morning and he said they will be done in one hour. I returned one hour later to Andrian just finishing the work. Can’t fault that. He gave me 12 months warranty on both batteries as well. In addition, he had cleaned the phones ports, speakers and a new screen protector as well. Then it was time to pay. He totalled it up and because I had brought two phones in at once he knocked PS5 off the bill. Now you can’t ask for much more than that.

I cannot recommend Andrian enough.

Best repair shop in Burnley been to him twice now, was able to repair my first device with no issues but when he could not diagnose a issue with another device he did not charge me for the days or hours he tried to repair! Thats what you call a honest business man and he certainly knows what he’s talking about. Its small businesses like this with honest people that we need! Keep this business going god bless
